How Can We Assist?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are unable to accept refunds for incorrect orders since coffee is perishable. But we want you to be happy with the coffee you choose! If there are any issues with your coffee or if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 15 days of the date of your order.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

During our holiday season, orders will be shipped within 5-7 days.
 

The time it takes to receive your order depends on a variety of factors such as your location, weekdays vs weekends, and which items you have ordered.
 

We bag and grind each coffee to order, so our delivery time includes processing which is the time between us receiving your order and our Production Team bagging and grinding (if requested) your coffee. From there, the bags of coffee and retail items are packaged to ship!
 

Most orders ship UPS. Certain destinations, items, and PO boxes will be sent using USPS.
